Heatmaps are also useful. Importantly (despite our lack of technical knowledge), customer service has been extremely responsive, and Plerdy is a solution we have implemented ourselves.
I bought Plerdy primarily for the recordings of user interactions and heatmaps, but I'm also using it for SEO purposes, and it's a great tool for the price.
