Hi everyone!

Welcome to the Plerdy channel. My name is Marta, I am a Marketing Manager, and in this video, we will get to know how to collect customer reviews on the website.

Before we start – make sure you subscribe to our channel and don’t miss new videos.

If we go to the Plerdy account, open the Forms and Feedback tab and scroll down a bit, we will see a Feedback form. This is a really short survey that evaluates customer experience based on those emojis.

As written here, this form measures the effectiveness of site content, product satisfaction, how the manager provides advice, overall customer satisfaction, and more.

If we look inside, we will see that we can customize the text and thank you for a message, but the main purpose – is to press on the emoji expressing the customer’s feeling.

Some examples of questions are:

  1. What is your opinion on this product? Give us your feedback
  2. How do you rate our service?
  3. How was your experience with {company} today?
  4. We’re always looking to improve! Please rate the quality of your experience with our website.
  5. How was our service today? Let us know

But what is this survey for?

Feedback is always a chance for improvements and becoming a better seller for your customers. Without Feedback, you won’t be able to make reasonable decisions, validate your assumptions, or identify your weaknesses.

Most people will proactively reach out to you with their feedback only if it is negative, sth happened, they are not satisfied. If a person liked your store, everything was fine. They are not likely to look for a contact form and write how awesome you are, right? But good feedback is also important!

So this short and simple survey on your website is your best way to gather feedback from visitors about their experience of a website, see what you are doing well, and find things that can be improved and ways to do it.

So I recommend you pay attention to this form and set it up for your website: there is nothing complicated. Just customize the message, set up Display rules, and you are good to go.

Wish you luck and only positive customer feedback:)

Take care, bye!
